Another departure from our usual bourbon, and a rather impressive gift from our neighbors to the north, this week, we’re having a glass of Pendleton Blended Canadian Whisky. This inexpensive 80-proof whisky took us by surprise. We all agree that it was much better than anticipated, and deserves a spot in your liquor cabinet.
